Oh..wow..where should I begin? We have had the best experience with Eighth Quarter with our rental property in South Yarra. It was the smoothest and most pleasant experience. The Eighth Quarter team (Rose, Joseph and Jane) has gone far and beyond to ensure that we were contacted every step of the way. One open inspection was all it took, our old tenants left on the 15th when the new one starts renting on the 25th. We cannot ask for more from this excellent team!! Their customer service and professionalism is second to none, strongly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy leasing managers! They are really hard to come by these days.

Amier is the best real estate agent I have ever had! I have been house searching for 3 months now, and have really struggled to find any properties. I have written paragraphs after paragraphs to countless agents but found no reply whatsoever. However, Amier is different from all of them with extremely fast replies, very efficient service (my application succeeded in less than 4 hours, while another agent may NEVER reply) and even taught me things about renting. I have to say she is a great real estate agent.
